Is he ok, or could he be seriously hurt?

My younger brother is over by me and he was horsing around for the whole night lifting me and throwing me onto things for fun, but not too long ago his lifted me and slipped and fell, and i fell on top of him. and from he way it happened i think i landed on someplace pretty painful... he groaned abit and his eyes filled with tears and he just scrunched up his face and kinda help his breath. i asked him if he is ok and if he wanted me to get him anything but he keeps refusing me and is just lying on the floor with a hand over his face and the other btwn his legs. i kno he may be abit embarrassed but i am worried he is seriously hurt since he hasn't gotten up in about 20 minutes.
