Hair trouble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

hi. I am on a treatment for hairloss and its quite workig. i ain't supposed to use my styler or my hair dryer. i can't eve use any sprays or mousse or gel. no chemicals absolutely. so my hair looks weird now! i can't style it. i was wondering if i could just get some velcro rollers .will they help. okay, now that i cant even blow dry my hair, i have to be okay with waves instead of curls. i plan to roll my hair after washig it and remove them when my hair dries naturally. hoping they leave some waves at least... is that a good idea? can i try it? i don't want too much damage.
