Cat is acting strange a day after giving birth?

my cat had two kitties yesterday around 8 in the morning...one of them died...now a day after having them she is groaning as if to had another kitty...her vagina is releasing a little bit of clear fluid like gel...she has been pushing for a while but nothing comes out...i had to take away her litter box because she is acting like she wants to defecate but she is not defecating at all...she is responsive and purrs when i caress her...what is going on?
