My car is sagging and squeaking?

I have a 2003 vw jetta with newer front tires. Lately it's started to groan and squeak whenever I go over a bump or turn into a driveway. Also the drivers front side is leaning, the same side with the squeaking. Please tell me this isn't too expensive and can I do it myself?
