This is humiliating, how do I make it stop?

You should tell your father how humiliating you find this...it's COMPLETELY out of line. If your father won't do anything about it stand up to the guy and tell him that this is out of line and he may find it funny but you don't. I would also suggest that you don't go back to the firehouse for a while.
