Do all guys tell their friends about the action they get from their girlfriend?

Unfortunately most men do. However, there are those few upstanding gentlemen that refuse to kiss and tell. Before you get disgusted and repulsed by the idea of him chatting about your love life to his friends and/or coworkers, just think about how many times you have done the same with your girlfriends. When we are proud to be with someone, it is natural to want to brag about it to your friends.
