Very Awkward Situation, Need Help!?

So, the other night my boyfriend and I were having sex. We were in my college dorm room and well, my boyfriend is the loud one, which can sometimes be a problem. So, anyway, he was "climaxing" and he gets pretty loud during it and tends to groan and grunt and actually say things in Arabic to me (don't quite understand them that easily, I'm white). And later on my roomate comes up to me saying that a few people heard him, except they thought he was actually angry and violent against me. Long story short, I have to explain to few people at the college what actually happened. How the hell do I tell them without being awkward...lol
