PLEASE I REALLY NEED SOME HELP !!!!?

i went to my doctor yesterday and she ordered a doppler test of my L leg because of pain and not being able to walk on it very good. The test came back normal. But the pain has gotten really bad tonight i was at my firehouse and they took my BP and it was 169/109 which they said it was most likely from pain. my pain is an 6-7/10. im really starting to get nervous the pain has not moved it is still below. could this be a clot that the scan has missed ? PLEASE I REALLY NEED SOME HELP :(
