What does the phrase "tip" mean?

What I mean is not the tip of a pencil. I mean like in Shaun of the Dead where Shaun and Ed are coming out of the pub drunk and there's a zombie. But they don't know and they start like sort of singing I guess you could call it. And the zombie like groans. They say What would that be? Bass? Then they both say what a tip. Or at least I think that's what it would be. Or if some of you haven't seen Shaun of the Dead, if any of you know the Yogscast on youtube and their minecraft video in Episode 10 where Simon says "Home Sweet... the house is a tip(Once again what I think they say)? Anyway answers would be much appreciated.
