I really like this girl?

I like this girl....i mean genuinly like her.....when im around all i can think about is being her boyfriend and when im away i can only think about her......we text and stuff....i cant tell if she likes me but i want a relationship with her.....she doesnt like relationships but eve to have a "thing" with her would be fine......please give me advice
