How would i write a donation letter to a company for my eagle scout project?

I need lunch and materials donated from places like subway, firehouse subs, and Little Caesar's pizza. I do not know how to write a donation letter and I need to know ASAP. I am redoing the roof this coming weekend. AHHHHH! Please help.
