Can anyone good with pokesav make me a pikachu on soul silver?

i've tried several times to make my own but it doesn't activate, so i've given up trying. can a kind person please make a u.s. soul silver version of a lvl 5 female pikachu with quick attack, volt tackle, iron tail, and thunderbolt? also, high eve's and iv's as well as the stats of a lvl 10 pikachu. email me please!
