Is there an App that can let you know if a celebrity is still alive or is a celeb couple still together?

Ok, so it's not earth shattering info, but it comes in handy. The other day I was trying to give a compliment to la long-term together couple but telling them they were like Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins. Then I got all these groans and snickers. Come to find out that Sue and Tim are over and have been off for quite some time. When did that happen? I must have been on vacation and missed that story. Then I alays get to debating whether a celeb is still alive. The last one was the guy who played the Captain of the Loveboat. I say alive, friend said not (apologies to Murray/Capt Stubbing). Still an app could've resoved taht issue on the spot.
