Do i have a good small claims court case?

i went to a work readiness program. and they gave us internships which they said they'll pay us 3 hundred dollars for completing. it would be paid by some company. i worked for 4 hours 2 days a week for 6 weeks. but they said we had to do bi weekly job searches(3 in total) to receive the money. i did turn them in a little bit late. but the job i was given was at a fire department. i literally busted my *** on that job! i painted 1 firehouse(the outside part) landscaped 2 firehouses and hammered in alot of parking stops.(that was the most exhausting work ever!) i was told that the painting job alone woulda been 4 thousand dollars! and those landscaping job woulda been another good 1 or 2 thousand and im doing all of this for only 300 dollars!! i got only paid 200 of 300. we were to receive the money june 30th of this year. now its been 3 months of them saying its taking awhile because of a bunch of bullshit lies. now there saying there not going to pay me the rest because i didn't turn in the bi weekly job searches in time!!! now that gets me angry! do i have a good case to be able to bring them to small claims court? they promised me money for work and i did the work but didn't turn in some paper in time? now that's ridiculous! i did turn all 3 in but not when they needed it do i have a good case to bring them to court and actually win? this happened to my brother too. except he had a much easier job. and they still owe him all 300 and said they wont pay!!! this also happened to another kid. do i have a good solid case to bring the company to small claims court? i live in Florida. im under 18 but older than 14 in age.
